Felicia- Midnight Bliss

As i've stated repeatedly before (cause i'm pissed) that i can't do digital work the way i want to because my tablet won't work (shitty drivers).

Anyway I've been playing darkstalkers on my psp and figured i'd do some fan work...

i have a few gripes with this but i like it overall...
